Founder Member & Director
Dr. Neelam Khandelwal (DIN: 11042851), as a founder member and Director of Yukti, she is a technocrat by education and an academician and researcher at heart, holding a doctorate degree in Renewable Energy Systems. She has more than 20 years of experience in education sector in the field of teaching, guiding, mentoring, research, consulting, coaching etc. As a key decision-maker at Yukti Management, she leverages a distinctive blend of business acumen, innovation, and people-centric leadership, with a strong emphasis on academic rigor, interdisciplinary research, and industry-academia collaboration. She has been instrumental in introducing new academic programs, strengthening accreditation processes, and promoting a culture of research and innovation. She is strong advocate for women’s empowerment and inclusive leadership. She actively mentors aspiring women professionals and entrepreneurs, and supports various community initiatives focused on education, skill development, and sustainability.
Promoter & Founder Director
Ms. Deepti Garg (DIN: 11042853), as a Promoter and Founder Director of Yukti, has interest and experience for more than two decades in the varied areas of Teaching, Administration and Social responsibility. Ms. Deepti holds bachelor’s degree in science from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut and Post Graduate degree in Organic Chemistry (Gold medallist & University Topper) from Chaudhary Charan Singh University. Further, she also holds B.Ed. degree from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. With over 20 years of experience in education and administration, she brings expertise in teaching and governance, driving robust practices that uphold integrity, transparency, and compliance within the organization. As a key decision-maker at Yukti Management, she focuses on strategic management and global leadership, dedicated to empowering high-performing teams and driving innovative solutions that align with business goals and market demands. She strongly supports Government of India initiatives, including financial assistance under Startup India, skill development programs, and regulatory reforms, aimed at creating a conducive environment for startups and small businesses, thereby fostering a supportive ecosystem, building MSME capacity, and promoting an entrepreneurial culture nationwide.
Promoter & Director
Ms. Pooja Bhardwaj (DIN: 11042852), a Promoter and Director of Yukti, is a technocrat by education bringing a multidimensional perspective shaped by technical acumen, policy insight, and on-ground industry experience. She has merited a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering from Department of Instrumentation, Kurukshetra University. She has more than 3.5 years of experience in the field of Control System Design Engineering activities for Oil & Gas sector at Fluor Daniel Private Limited (Fluor India), a Global EPC Company. As a Design Engineer, she had performed key roles in design activities on various Projects viz. Tian-REC Project (China), Reliance petrochemical complex Project (Jamnagar), Al Karaana Petrochemicals Complex (Qatar) and INEOS Olefins & Polymers (USA). Her successful achievement till UPSC Civil Services Examination (Mains) stage further reflects her deep analytical capacity and strong grounding in governance, regulatory frameworks, and public administration. This rare fusion of engineering precision, strategic project delivery, and policy literacy enables Ms. Bhardwaj to guide initiatives that are both execution-focused and socially responsive. At Yukti, she channels this rare blend of field experience and institutional thinking into innovative solutions. She is strong advocate for women’s empowerment and inclusive leadership.
